Walking Under the Living Sky
Forest Bathing Experiences
Originally a well-being practice from Japan called Shinrin-Yoku, Forest Bathing is an immersive practice of spending mindful moments in nature. The practice invites us to slow down, engage our senses and renew our relationship with the natural world through a set of guided, structured nature-based activities.
Research shows many psychological and physiological benefits of forest bathing including stress reduction, regulation of blood pressure, emotional and social well-being among others.
